Unplug for the day. Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Start the new year by shifting out of the holiday buzz and take a little time for self-reflection. Join a small group of kindred souls and immerse yourself in the magic and beauty of Point Reyes.
Our day together includes three parts:
We'll begin by setting INTENTION. What do you want from this day? Is this a day to acknowledge your accomplishments from the past year? Or honor what you've learned from challenges and release old stories as you step into the new year? Or maybe you just want to show up and see what happens!
Next you'll be introduced to mindfulness techniques that will activate all your senses so you are tuned and ready to be INSPIRED by nature. Then off you'll go for your 2 hour solo, meandering along the dunes and shoreline.
The final step INTEGRATION is crucial. Without it a day in nature would definitely be enjoyable. But if you want to activate any new insight into your daily life, you'll need a few clear, strategic steps.
We'll do so through story, coaching and tools used by indigenous cultures across the planet for hundreds of years.
